Episode 2: [Re]Constructing Memory with Mysterious Objects

Marsha Pels earned a BFA in painting from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1972 
and completed her MFA in sculpture in 1974 at Syracuse University, NY. In 1984-85, 
she was awarded the Prix de Rome for Sculpture from the American Academy in Rome, 
Italy. For the past thirty years, Pels has participated in over thirty group shows atvarious venues throughout the United States, a selection of which include: 
Kouros Sculpture Center, Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, Oscarsson Hood Gallery, 
Krasner Gallery, and the Nielsen Gallery, among many others. 
Her solo exhibit “Solace” is on view now until February 7th, 2021 at the Lubov in New York City.
